Milton Mentors
Mentoring Sheme 1:1
Milton Mentors is a one-to-one mentoring programme connecting
14 - 21 year old students in Milton Keynes with professionals from local businesses.
The programme supports young people to build confidence, explore career options, and develop the skills needed for future success.
MK Impact Days
Practical Volunteering
Business partners can take part in a variety of MK Impact Days each year, supporting both their colleagues and the local Milton Keynes community.
Fun, practical, and interactive activities ( half or full-day) offer excellent team building opportunities while making a real IMPACT.
Community Compass
Grassroot Org Help
Community Compass is a support programme helping grassroots organisatons in Milton Keynes.
Working with corporate volunteers charities and local organisations will improve their needs learning from individuals via skills volunteering.
Redway Rising
Youth Employment
Redway Rising is for local youths aged 18+ who are eager to gain a career in business and professional services.
Inspired by the city’s famous Redway Network, that links communities across the city.
Redway Rising guides participants along their own pathways into professional life.

Financial Education
Gridline Finance is based on improving financial education, to help build confidence, understanding and gain practical skills around money.
Inspired by Milton Keynes’ iconic grid system, Grid to Growth helps navigate financial routes - budgeting, saving, banking, credit, and financial wellbeing.
Through interactive workshops and real-life scenarios, individuals gain tools they need to make informed decisions and build strong financial foundations for the future.
Pioneer Pathways
S.A.R.A.H Module
Pioneer Pathways connects school and college students with business volunteers to inspire and build essential life and career skills.
This will be combined with a KEY focus on individual wellbeing and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
With practical advice and activities students gain confidence, knowledge, and insight into future paths and the importance of self-care in life.
